Obesity after 30 years

1.- Drinking more water helps to hydrate and helps to avoid problems of constipation and as such hemorrhoids.

2.- Do 30 minutes daily exercise, it can be walking, running, cycling, swimming or any cardio vascular exercise. Helps to strengthen heart, decrease the likelihood of heart attack, lose weight, be more lubricated joints, release serotonin equal to more full, more happy.

3.-Feeding avoiding the three main poisons of health: sugars, flours and salt. There are many things you can do if you can visit a nutritionist. Soon you will be seeing results and you will feel better.
