It is time for the mornings to be filled with joy and it may be that you have already found your best way to start the day. From opening your eyes, curling up, stretching, standing in the bathroom, brushing your teeth, getting dressed, preparing breakfast and doing what you have to do.
Each person can do things differently, some people just do one of the things described above, others add exercise, Yoga, sports like swimming or something deeper like meditating. You can take advantage of the best way the time you count and that form is what will determine the amount of energy and enthusiasm you show in the rest of the day.
Surely everything you’ve heard before is not new, what I can tell you is probably not, but if I can advise you as your friend, if you want to have an excellent day, you just have to do something that is really simple. I explain to you one day before sleeping, of each day observe what you have done in the day, have a brief review something as if you wanted to make a short film of the most relevant of your day, now ask yourself what I’m missing?, well now only forgive for everything you did not good or that you think you can do better.
Thank what you have, what you have had and congratulate yourself for getting ahead in the day. Well, this is almost done, now just close your eyes and repeat these words:
Tomorrow will be a great day, I know who I am and all the potential that there is in me, I am in the hands of God, it allows me to know my maximum potential, I will remain focused, healthy, happy and with enthusiasm to discover life. Amen.
