It occurs almost constantly in people 30 to 60 years of age and is more common in men than in women. The recovery of the carpal tunnel is a surgical procedure in which the ligament that is exerting understanding on the nerve is cut. The surgery is effective most of the time, but it depends on how long the compression of the nerve and its severity has occurred.
Mental problems: depression, isolation, anxiety, loss of pleasure, etc.
Overweight: Studies have confirmed that people who spend more time on the computer or mobile, tend not to perform enough physical activity.
Diseases of the nervous system: irreversible damage to the central nervous system, dizziness, fatigue, sleep disorders, memory loss and development of brain tumors, among other serious illnesses.
Eye diseases: dryness, eye strain, etc. Important is to take breaks every 40 minutes at least with intervals of 5 minutes each.
